The Extension Education Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization established in Sedgwick County in 1999. Its mission is to help local residents improve their quality of life by providing support to all areas of the Sedgwick County Extension Service. The foundation extends the impact of tax-funded educational programs with contributions from a variety of sources. These grant funds, gifts, memorials and endowments help maintain and create programs, especially when tax revenues are decreased or the economy is tight.
